Technology

• RECCO® – Thanks to technology RECCO® integrated into helmets CAIRN, you can be quickly located in the event of an avalanche. Used by more than 700 emergency services, it offers a fast and accurate search, significantly increasing your chances of being found in time.
• DOUBLE IN-MOLD – The helmets double In-Mold combine two polycarbonate shells and an EPS foam to offer optimal protection, while ensuring lightness, comfort, and excellent impact resistance.
• AERO FLOW – The Aero Flow system is a technology that promotes air circulation in the helmet. Consisting of channels carved into the EPS, it naturally ventilates the helmet, carrying air from front to back for a constantly regulated temperature.

Each size corresponds to a measurement of the head circumference in centimeters. Select the one that matches your head.

To correctly measure your head circumference:

1. Place a soft measuring tape just above your eyebrows, in the middle of the forehead.

2. Pass it around your head, including the back of the skull at the occipital hump (the most prominent part).

3. Read the measurement obtained: it is your head circumference.

No flexible meter? Use a string, shoelace or belt. Wrap it the same way around your head, then measure its length using a ruler.
