The K2 Medium Snowboard has been completely redesigned for modern freestyle snowboarding, thanks to input from K2 Snowboarding Pro Rider Jake Kuzyk. With a classic round, twin, tip and tail design, an (mostly) camber profile, and predictable flex pattern, the Medium is a true all-around board. The workshop team, along with Kuzyk and fellow rider Kennedi Deck, focused on creating a versatile board with inclusive sizing, flex, and design. The length ranges from 141cm to 159cm, with a deep sidecut between the feet and a smooth blend zone in the tip and tail for added stability and manoeuvrability. The new Carbon Backbone™, a pre-cambered carbon stringer that runs from tip to tail, provides the perfect amount of snap without compromising on flexibility. Kuzyk was heavily involved in the design process, hand-cutting the paper characters found on the topsheet, the K2 logos on the base, and hand-pulling paint marks to form the gloss prints found on the topsheet.
