Constructed as a reliable backcountry tool, the K2 Marauder Splitboard Package is an ideal companion for both the skin track and steep couloirs. The core features a blend of sustainable timber, surrounded by the stable and snappy ICG™️ 10 Biaxially Woven Fiberglass with Carbon. Adding Carbon Fiber stringers to the fiberglass provides liveliness without sacrificing weight or torsional rigidity. Additionally, the Sintered P-Tex sidewalls offer durability and a smooth and damp ride, while also reducing manufacturing waste. The tough matte top sheet helps keep the weight down on the skin track, and the Sintered 4000 base is tough and long-lasting. The durable sintered base holds wax well for extended alpine expeditions. Understanding the wear and tear of backcountry touring, we've used a resilient black material on the riding surface for seamless repairs after encounters with rocks. This Marauder Package comes with Voile style binding mount pucks, mounting hardware, and pre-cut Pomoca™ 70/30 Mohair Blend skins.
